What products can I customize?

You can customize lighter cases, clay keychains and selected photo-keychain designs. Available options may change as new designs are added.

How does Build Your Own work?

Choose your product, select two colours and share your idea. Colour one will be the main base, while colour two will be used for details such as the lips, hair and accessories.

Can I send an inspiration picture?

Yes. You can upload an inspiration photo and add notes when placing your custom order. I will use it as inspiration while keeping the final piece in my own handmade style.

Will my piece look exactly like the picture?

Every item is individually handmade, so small variations in colour, shape and placement are normal. These differences are what make every piece one of a kind.

Does the lighter come with the case?

YES, JK OFC NOT.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom pieces require time to design, sculpt and finish. Add the current processing time takes a day or two depending on the design. Shipping time excluded.

How do I care for my clay piece?

Handle it with care, avoid prolonged contact with water and keep it away from extreme heat. Do not bend or pull the clay details or keychain hardware.

Can I return a custom order?

Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photographs so we can review the issue.

Do you offer ready-to-ship products?

Yes. Ready-to-ship items are already completed and are available in limited quantities.
